Can I Check My Email On Another Computer?

The straight answer is "Yes, by using Web Mail". As long as the computer you would like to use is connected to the Internet and has a modern web browser (versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera or Safari that are less than 2 years old are considered "modern"), you should be able to easily read, respond and create email.
