
1) Open MS Outlook Express.
NOTE: If this is the first time you have opened MS Outlook Express, you will be prompted to create a new mailbox. It is recommended that you cancel all pop-up windows, exit and then re-start MS Outlook Express.
2) Left click on “Tools” in the Task Bar.
3) In the Drop-Down menu, select “Accounts…” by left clicking once. A new window will open titled “Internet Accounts”.
To continue, left click once on the “Next” button in the lower right of this window.
